My career spans advertising, media, out-of-home, and integrated communications: JWT, Kinetic Worldwide, Radio City, and Publicis Groupe.
Entrepreneurial by nature, I have built my own businesses from scratch, including a preschool I conceived, launched, and ran profitably, until COVID forced the call to shut it down.
It gave me something much beyond an agency career: the experience of sitting on the founder’s side of the table, where every decision has a consequence and there is no team to hide behind.

The first month is about understanding the business, establishing priorities, and building the foundation for growth. We meet weekly as I immerse myself in the business, the brand, and the opportunities ahead.
From month two, the focus shifts to execution, measurement, and momentum. We meet fortnightly to review progress, make decisions, and course-correct where needed, while the work continues between meetings.
